Membership Types & Fees

Kura does not currently offer paid Membership tiers. Buyer accounts are free. If we later introduce a paid Membership program, the terms in this section will apply and a fee schedule will be posted in advance.

Verification; Authorized Buyers

• Member must pass KYC/AML screening and provide government‑issued ID(s), reseller/tax certificates, and articles of incorporation (or equivalent) prior to bidding.
• Business accounts may designate Authorized Buyers; Member is responsible for all activity of its users.
• Updating company details or ownership changes must be reported within 10 days.

Member Benefits

• Bid access to member‑only auctions and early previews.
• Auto‑Bid/Max‑Bid limits per lot.
• Concierge support; bulk shipping rates; consolidated invoicing.
• Consignor Perks: reduced commission, photography, authentication rates.

Member Obligations

• Maintain accurate account, payment, and tax information.
• Pay all invoices within the Payment Window.
• Comply with auction rules, prohibited‑conduct policies, and applicable law.
• Keep credentials secure; notify Kura of suspected compromise.

Term; Renewal; Cancellation

• Term: month‑to‑month (unless otherwise agreed) and auto‑renews until cancelled.
• Cancellation: effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Suspension/Termination: for non‑payment, fraud, or policy violations; we may retain deposits to offset amounts owed.

Returns; Claims; Credits

• Membership does not alter All Sales Final policy except where expressly stated.
• If a claim is approved, remedy may be refund, credit, or replacement per the Terms.

Data Use; Communications

• We process Member data under our Privacy Policy and Auction Addendum.
• Member consents to receive operational messages (e.g., outbid alerts, invoices). Marketing communications are opt‑in and can be managed in preferences.

Confidentiality (B2B Option)

Where Kura shares non‑public pricing, sourcing contacts, or tools, Member will keep such information confidential and use it only for purchasing through the Program. This obligation survives termination.

Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

As set out in the Terms; additionally, Member indemnifies Kura against third‑party claims arising from Member’s resale or export of purchased goods.

Governing Law; Disputes

Same as the Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Entire Agreement; Order of Precedence

This Membership Agreement, any Addenda, and the Terms constitute the entire agreement. In case of conflict, specific Addenda (e.g., Consignment Addendum) control, then this Membership Agreement, then the Terms.
